Our natural surroudings are full of edible plants and fruits whose existence we ignore. Yet, with a minimum of knowledge and observation, it is possible to make surprising gastronomic discoveries at our doorstep.

During this workshop, you will lear to identify, preserve and cook edible plants found in your natural environement. You will never look at nature the same way again!

Introduction to edible plants and mushrooms – 3 hrs

Are you interested in plants and mushrooms, but don’t want to spend all day on them? This workshop is for you! The natural environment around us is full of edible plants and fruits that we don’t even know exist. However, with a minimum of knowledge and observation, it is possible to make beautiful gastronomic finds close to home.

During this workshop, you will learn how to identify, preserve and cook the edible plants that surround you. You will never see nature the same way again!

Duration: 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., or 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Cost: $30 per adult, $15 per child, taxes included
