The fall season brings an abundance of edible wild mushrooms to amateur mycologists all over Quebec. Picking is one thing, but to be able to enjoy these mushrooms by preserving, cooking and eating them right might be mystery to a few novice. Massif du Sud regional park offers a mushroom cooking workshop where you will learn different preservation techniques and recipes to highlight the various flavours of the mushrooms. A must for those who already took part in our Mushroom picking: Introduction and identification workshop (not mandatory).
