Opening hours
Please note that our welcome center is open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
Parc du Massif du Sud is open 7 days a week. Access fees are MANDATORY. You can purchase them online and have them validated at the self-service kiosk located at the gate at any time.

The car access is now closed
Due to the accumulation of snow in our area, car access has been closed since November 25, 2024, to the accommodations, the Pavillon Desjardins, and the entire network for the remainder of the winter season.
For your comfort, sleds are available at the reception desk to help transport your luggage to your accommodation or winter camping site. Parking lots P1, P2, and P3 remain open for the winter season and are located close to the reception desk.
A few important reminders
It is highly recommended to download the free AVENZA app to access the official maps and trails of Parc du Massif du Sud. The most up-to-date information is available there, and you can geolocate yourself at any time, even without WIFI.
- Our welcome desk is open only on Fridays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The park is open 7 days a week. Access fees are MANDATORY. You can purchase them online and have them validated at the self-service kiosk located at the gate at any time.
- Our team at the welcome desk is available to provide advice, and our accommodations can be reserved 7 days a week. An arrival procedure will be communicated to you if your arrival is planned outside of our opening hours.
- The Portes-de-l’Enfer sector is closed until further notice.
