This data is collected on the Google Analytics 4 service and aggregated to anonymize users. We cannot identify data related to a user or session unless there is an associated sale.

IMPORTANT: We limit the collection of your information to what is necessary to assist us in serving you properly.

Origin of Collected Information

We may collect your information directly from you when you communicate or interact with us, when you complete an online reservation or make a reservation for a rental product, or when you update your preferences and settings in your Réservotron profile (coming in winter 2024).

We may also collect your information indirectly and from other sources. When required, we always ask for your consent.

Limited Duration of Conservation

We retain your information, in digital format, for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected or as long as required or permitted by law. The purpose, nature, and sensitivity of the information have been considered in determining the retention periods.

Parc du Massif du Sud is subject to numerous legal obligations regarding the retention of personal information (for example, under tax laws). Generally, to meet these obligations, information relating to your personal profile (such as your name, position, email, sector) will be retained for the duration of your relationship with us and for a period of seven years following its termination. Additionally, we will retain your transactional information for seven years after its execution.

Certain exceptions may apply and require longer retention periods, for example, in the case of disputes or claims. In such cases, your information may be retained for up to ten years. When your information is no longer needed, we strive to securely destroy it.

Our employees do not have this information and will not ask you for it. Avoid transmitting information in any email.
